Overview. #
Initially, when setting up the service, it is necessary to input details into each account settings tab. This process not only saves your property information but also the specifics of your electricity account and home energy storage system. The entered API keys enable MyEO to establish direct communication with your system, allowing it to monitor the status of your inverter and battery, as well as issue commands to manage them.
Instructions. #

App Settings. #
Select the app version you wish to use. Production / live and beta versions will be listed.

Security (2FA). #
Enable two-factor authentication to enhance the security on your account.

Electricity Account. #
Enter the details of your electricity account.

Battery Inverter Account. #
Enter the details of your home energy inverter.
6.
Solar Panel Arrays. #
Please input the specifications of your solar panel arrays. You may specify the orientation of each array individually, such as arrays facing south and west.
7.
Electricity Settings. #
Specify the electricity demand threshold above which historical data will not be considered for future estimations.
8.
Notification Settings. #
Select the notifications that you wish to receive.
9.
Affiliate Settings. #
Please confirm your intention to enrol in the affiliate program for referrals.
